Many clients have an existing website with content that is not delivering the results they desire (and deserve) to see from their content marketing efforts. I was asked to create a strategy to improve BizNexus’ website content in order to rank higher for target keywords such as “business for sale”, “selling a business”, etc.
In addition to using keyword research and tools such as SEMrush.com to identify existing keyword rankings and opportunities, I developed a plan to improve BizNexus’ content on-site as well as curating ways to increase their site’s authority through third party opportunities.
While BizNexus ultimately did not have the budget to execute this strategy (due to COVID-19), it demonstrates my comprehensive approach to building a research-based content strategy that can immediately improve a client’s search rankings and website authority.
